Based on business days - Monday through Friday, excluding all federal holidays.
Do not include shipping or free delivery transit time. Orders to be delivered will be delivered day after completion.
Example of 7-day turnaround time:
Submit files by 10:30 am in your time zone Monday to receive online proof within a few hours.
Approve proof before 4:00 pm in your time zone Monday to have order ready for pickup or shipping at 4:00 pm in your time zone Wednesday of following week.
NOTE: If we are unable to accept your files because they do not conform to our file format requirements, we will contact you by e-mail and request new files. This will delay your turnaround time.
